Okay, just one more and I'll stop, I swear.I can't remember how I ran across this, but I can't wait to try it. So many possibilities for a ginger lover here: ginger-lime mojitos, ginger-mint soda, ginger-blueberry buckwheat crepes, ginger-orange hot and sour sauce for mock-duck stir-fry, ginger hyphens galore!
But everything starts with ginger syrup. I hope you're not shy about sugar (or ginger).

Ahh, one of my favorite lines ever. Monika brought home some ginger syrup from work awhile ago. It was amazing, I wish we had thought of mojitos. I think we just put it on pancakes. Boring.
